What we collect

• Signup details: name, email, brokerage, phone (optional), market or ZIP codes, and anything you add in the form.
• Content inputs: voice samples, listing facts, branding, and edits you send us.
• Billing: handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We don't store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data: our hosting and form providers may log IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your content packs and respond to you.
• To send service emails and, with your consent, beta and product updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To improve our service and keep it secure.

We use AI tools to draft content. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with service providers that help us run ListingTide (hosting, forms, email delivery, payments, AI processing), under their own privacy terms, or when required by law.

Your clients' data

If you send newsletters to your own contacts, you're responsible for having permission to email them. On Pro plans where we send for you, we process your contact list only to send your emails.

Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records, then delete it. Ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected].
