Terms of Service

1. The service

ListingTide provides AI-assisted marketing content for real estate professionals: market updates, social posts, newsletters, and listing descriptions ("Content").

2. Beta

The beta is free for 4 weeks and requires no payment details. We may change or end the beta at any time. After the beta, continuing requires a paid plan.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. The founding rate ($29/mo) is limited to the first 25 paying agents and is locked for 12 months from the start of your paid subscription, after which the then-current Core price applies. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.

4. Your responsibilities

• You review and approve all Content before publishing and are the advertiser of record.
• You comply with fair-housing laws, state advertising rules (including brokerage identification), MLS rules, CAN-SPAM, and your brokerage's policies.
• You have the rights to anything you send us (photos, text, listing facts) and permission to email your contacts.

5. No professional advice

ListingTide is not a brokerage, lender, appraiser, or law firm. Content is for marketing only and is not legal, lending, appraisal, or financial advice. Our fair-housing and advertising check is a helpful screen, not a guarantee of compliance.

6. Data accuracy

Market figures come from cited public sources and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Sources may revise data.

7. Ownership

Once you've paid (or during the beta), you may use the Content for your own real estate marketing. We may reuse general templates and formats, but not your personal details or listing facts.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ListingTide's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
